Fees
I usually charge fees on a flat-fee basis.
Fees do not include disbursements (that is, out-of pocket costs and taxes), unless otherwise stated.
Each case is different. The actual fee for your case will be determined after a review of the circumstances of your case.
Fees are based on an hourly charge of $250 plus HST.
