I am a lawyer located in Canada’s largest city, Toronto, Ontario.
I have over ten years of experience as a lawyer having been called to the Bar in the Caribbean in 1999 and to the Ontario Bar in 2009.
Over the years, I have practiced in many areas in the field of law including business, real estate, corporate law. I have also practiced offshore banking law and trust law.
REPRESENTATIVE CASES
1. 688687 Ont. Ltd. v. 2105259 Ont. Inc. 2010 ONSC 370 (CanLII). This was a successful application to set aside a default judgment.
2. S.R. v. C.M. I acted for a defendant in this matter. On behalf of my client, I was able to obtain an injunction to prevent the sale of a motor vehicle. Judgment on the motion for the injunction granted in April 2010.
My current practice is focused primarily on commercial litigation and immigration.
